Damage caused by improper use is not covered, including fallen stones, breakage, dents, soldering or oxidation. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for jewelery that have been worn.

Any defects must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. Returns are accepted up to 14 days.

We’re an online-only jewelery store, with all orders shipped directly from our warehouse in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Currently, we ship across the European Union.

We offer order tracking for all our packages.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands, you’ll receive tracking information by email so you can follow your parcel along the way.

Depending on your destination and the shipping method selected, your parcel may be delivered by PostNL or handed over to a local postal or delivery service in your country.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its delivery.

You can usually continue tracking your parcel through your local postal carrier’s website once it has entered your country. In some cases, tracking may only become available after the parcel has cleared customs or been handed over to the local carrier.

Tracking information may therefore appear on different postal websites throughout the journey. This is completely normal and allows you to keep an eye on your package from our warehouse in Amsterdam all the way to your doorstep.
